By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Lapichka is an online store offering made-to-order products.
All products are produced individually after an order is placed.

2. Products & Made-to-Order Policy

All products sold on Lapichka are made specifically for each customer upon order.
Because of the custom nature of print-on-demand products:

  • Production begins shortly after the order is confirmed

  • Products cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started

Colors, placement, and final appearance may vary slightly due to printing processes, screen settings, and manufacturing differences.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

We accept payments via:

  • Shopify Payments

  • PayPal

Payment is required in full at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Production and delivery times vary depending on the product, production location, and destination country.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be sent by email when available.

Lapichka is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier services

  • customs processing

  • holidays or force majeure events

5. Customs, Taxes & Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply in their country.
These charges are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because all products are made to order:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to:

  • change of mind

  • wrong size, color, or model selection by the customer

If you receive a product that is:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@lapichka.com

Include:

  • order number

  • description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product and packaging

Approved cases will result in either:

  • a free replacement, or

  • a full refund

7. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and branding, is the property of Lapichka or its licensors.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lapichka shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law principles.
